For independent recruiters

The agency toolset, for a desk of one.

If you place people on your own, you still need a bench, tailored resumes and a way to track what you sent where. You just do not need an agency-sized bill to get them.

Working on your own means

  • Your pipeline is in your head, your inbox and a spreadsheet, and only two of those are searchable.
  • Every submission is a manual rewrite, because the job description is never quite the last one.
  • You find out a client went quiet weeks after they did.
  • You are the sourcer, the closer and the admin, so the admin loses.
What you get

How Priona handles it.

Your own bench

Keep the people you work with in one place — skills, availability, rate, and the history of everywhere you have put them forward. It is the part of the job that falls apart first when it lives in a spreadsheet.

Tailored resumes without the retyping

Paste the job description; Priona builds a resume tailored to it, checks how it reads to an ATS, and scores the fit before you send. You review and send — the rewriting is the part that goes away.

Know where every submission stands

Every submission carries its own status trail, and client interview rounds are tracked against it. “Where did that one get to” stops being a question you answer from memory.

Send it under your own name

White-label is included, so what reaches your client carries your brand, not ours. Working solo should not mean looking like you are using someone else’s software.

Questions

Before you start.

What is the difference between this and the agency plans?

Agency plans add shared seats for account managers and recruiters, the consultant portal, and the money side — clients, payroll splits and profit per placement. If you are placing on your own, the recruiter plans are the right size.

Can I move to an agency plan later?

Yes. If you grow into a team, you can create an organization and move onto the agency plans.
