Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Priona (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful recruiting and career purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights, including uploading candidate data you are not permitted to process.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Plan changes take effect as described at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the resumes, candidate records, and other content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.
5. AI-assisted features
Some features generate suggestions, scores, and drafts using automated systems. These outputs are aids, not guarantees, and should be reviewed before you rely on or send them.
6. Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
