Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information Priona collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the Service.

1. Information we collect

Account details you provide (such as name and email), the content you upload (resumes, candidate and job records), and technical data generated while using the Service (such as log and usage information).

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, authenticate you, process the features you request (including AI-assisted analysis you initiate), handle billing, maintain security, and improve reliability.

3. Payment data

Payments are handled by our processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; billing is processed and secured by the processor under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processing), when required by law, or with your direction — for example, when you export or send a branded submission.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete records within the app, and deleting your account removes associated data subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can access and update your account information in the app, export or delete records you control, and unsubscribe from non-essential communications. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use in-app support or, for managed accounts, your organization administrator.
